Our Process

We’ll help prepare all of the required documentation you need and will ensure all relevant town planning requirements are in line with architectural working drawings and building permit conditions. You’ll also get the chance to visit our wonderful showroom, where you can choose from a range of internal and external colours and finishes for your dual occupancy development.

With a wealth of experience and expertise to offer, our team will help you through each step of the process. This includes:

1. Initial Consultation

We help review your plans and gather all information needed before construction begins, as well as prepare documents and review architectural drawings.

2. Tender/Quote

We provide a detailed breakdown of your quote to review before proceeding with the project.

3. Build

We then start the building process, including demolition, construction, underground services, landscaping and liaising with service providers all the way through to completion and handover.
